Disk Revolt

Sell Downloads at Shows with "Download Card"

DiscRevolt is a way to deliver DRM-free digital music through artist-specific download cards. Artists upload MP3-formatted songs to the DiscRevolt site and design artwork for a plastic download card. DiscRevolt prints the cards in-house with a unique PIN code on the back, and artists then distribute them to fans at live shows and on the web. Fans enter the PIN code on the DiscRevolt site and receive credits to download that artist's media.

Pricing range from .99 a card to .45 a card.

DiscRevolt takes $3.00 of the sales price and credits the remainder to the artist's account. Fans have the option to save $1.00 per card by not getting a physical card. This discount comes out of the DiscRevolt fee and does not affect the payment to the artist. DiscRevolt shall provide Payments to you monthly in the form of credits toward future DiscRevolt card purchases. If payments due are greater than twenty-five ($25) U.S. dollars you may request that such monies be sent to you. DiscRevolt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select payment methods (i.e. PayPal, check, etc.). Artists must send a current W-9 tax form to DiscRevolt.
